Linda Feriod
Linda has been delivering superior mortgage consulting
services since 1997. Prior to joining First American, Linda
was a mortgage consultant with several nationally known
lenders. Her sole objective is to provide her clients
with a mortgage that fits their individual financial
needs. Her comprehensive knowledge of every facet of
the mortgage process-from application to attending closing-ensures
that her clients will have a positive, stress-free experience.
She has developed long-standing relationships with a
number of the top realtors in our area because of their
confidence in her capabilities and ability to “deliver
what she promises.” Linda is a graduate of Eastern
University, currently serves on Council of Good Shepherd
Lutheran Church, and volunteers as youth leader.
