Larry Knopf
Larry joined First American Mortgage in 2006 bringing with him over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a loan consultant, operations and compliance officer and company executive. Although Larry is first and foremost a “people person,” he brings to his relationships the expertise he’s developed in working with some of the nation’s most prestigious real-estate and mortgage companies. His first-hand knowledge of the entire process of selecting and financing property purchases allows him to work closely with his clients, from first-time buyers to sophisticated investors, to develop the personal or commercial mortgage solution best suited to their circumstances. He understands that not everyone is as comfortable with the nuances of mortgages as he is, therefore, Larry constantly communicates with everyone involved in the mortgage transaction to guide his clients through the process to a successful settlement.
Larry received his undergraduate degree from Villanova, and his Masters’ from University of Miami. Raised in Pennsylvania, he’s worked and lived here for his entire mortgage career. He currently resides in West Chester, PA, with his wife Robyn and son Cyle, as well as several pets. And when he’s not catching up on his reading or taking an occasional trip, he’s actively involved in managing and coaching hockey.
